We offer full in house maintanence, this way we can stay on top of problems as they occur, we operate under the laws of Arizona and the Registrar of Contractors. We have on staff a licensed General Contractor, who is Bonded and Insured, thereby protecting you from any claims which may arise from faulty repairs or from workers comp claims.  He is also Lead certified and legally licensed to handle any lead abatement or Renovations on homes that date back before 1978. We are now able to offer light maintanence to full out remodels.
